| Certified Morgan Silver Dollar |
 |
 |
| |
PCGS-graded coins come with written guarantees of a coin's authenticity and condition.
Three professional graders must all agree on a coin's grade, and then their grade must be
approved by a "finalizer." Afterwards, the coin is sealed in a hard plastic case with a unique
8-digit number and other identifying information.
Morgan silver dollars are among the more popular certified coins available. The coin
pictured to the left is graded MS-65 on a 70 point scale, meaning it is in near-gem condition.
